Facilitators for our Community Leadership Development Program
Our leadership program is delivered by local volunteers with professional expertise in leadership and facilitation. These volunteers collaborate to deliver our Orientation sessions, Online materials and live Community Learning Days (CLDs).
We are always on the lookout for dynamic communicators who deliver key leadership materials. We focus on interactive communicators who have a proven track record.
Orientation is provided.
Team Coaches for our Community Leadership Development Program
Our leadership program participates are divided into teams who are assigned important real-life community action projects that will create outcomes and impact to our local communities. This year we are partnering with Kids Care Canada to create Thriving Children and Families. Each team is supported by 1-2 Team Coaches; the work commences September 1st thru March 2020. We are recruiting 4-5 experienced coaches to join our volunteer team coaches. Orientation is provided.

Logistics Coordinator, Community Leadership Development Program
This position supports the learning environment for our Community Leadership Development Program. If you are interested in community leadership development, good at managing details of events or learning programs, and can commit to most or all of our four workshop days, then please check out the position description below. We offer an opportunity to attend the in-class portion of our flagship program as a perk of this position. It is also an excellent volunteer position to practice job skills around event coordination and administration, and we are happy to provide a letter of reference for a volunteer who does a good job with this role.
