TECH SUPPORT VOLUNTEER

This position will involve supporting our organization with setup, mantainance and support for our team of staff and volunteers on MS teams

As a team lead, you will be the main point of contact and reference between team members and Leadership Victoria.

Examples of duties

  • set up email addresses and access for staff and volunteers

  • troubleshooting access

  • managing MS teams and sharepoint

  • streamlining tech systems

  • advising on best practices for tech support


Preferable skills 

  • Administrator level comfort with MS teams and related products

  • A clear communicator

Minimum Duration: we are looking for a one year commitment

Start Date: Immediate

Time Detail: Flexible hours (2-5 week).
