We are excited to announce our new Program Manager, Paris Gaudet.
Paris joins our team, following the completion of an incredible year of service from our outgoing program manager, Gume Arzola.

Drawing on over 10 years’ experience in the tech sector, Paris brings an innovative approach to facilitation and planning always seeking ways to elevate learning. She is known as a collaborative leader with history of creating partnerships, connecting the dots, developing programs, and executing plans.
Paris is passionate about community development and wholeheartedly believes leaders are learners. She is currently working on her Master’s in Leadership at Royal Roads University and is committed to developing leadership programs for leaders who want to change the world, starting here.
Paris believes in community and giving back. Her board roles at the Greater Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce, and Island Women in Science and Technology reveal her deep community connections. As an entrepreneur, Paris co-founded the Central Vanvoucer Island chapter of Canada Learning Code and currently, when not at LV, you can find Paris giving back to the community as vice-chair for WeBC.
Paris knows the importance of strategic partnerships and the important opportunity we have at this moment to develop the leaders we need for the future. When asked why she wanted to be part of Leadership Victoria, she expressed her thoughts on community leadership.
"I'm passionate about building relationships. I love to connect resources and community leaders so we can build vibrant resilient communities as a legacy for the next generation"
As we finalize the the final weeks of our 2021-22 Community Leadership Development program, Paris is working alongside Gume to close our year with excellence.
