The Resilient Leadership Program is an initiative to support the leadership teams of our community-serving organizations through the COVID-19 pandemic. This session's topics: Protecting your team, HR support, checking in with your team, supporting transition from crisis to the next step. Understanding how stress and grief are affecting your team. Lay-offs and reforming your team. Change management for staff.
