Leadership Victoria is looking for a dynamic Program Manager to coordinate our Community Leadership Development program.

The position reports directly to the Executive Director.


Duties focus on

- Program recruitment

- Support and management of a range of volunteers and volunteer facilitators

- Administration of learning platforms and technology

- Maintenance of curriculum plans and documents

- Ongoing communication with program participants. 


Strong Candidates will have

- A great awareness of the reputation of Leadership Victoria and a focused ability to advance our mandate in the community

- The drive and energy to get things done with a forward looking focus on end goals

- A strong interpersonal skillset with a clear ability to relate to a wide group of people

- Excellent program administration skills
