Day of Celebration and Reflection
Early in the program we emphasized the need for leaders to practice reflection, to make the subconscious, conscious. On this final learning day, you will reflect on all the work you have done and begin to plan for how you will embed what you have learned into a leadership practice. The skills you have learned are helpful in becoming a strong community leader, but it is you who must take on the responsibility to put these skills into practice.

To wrap up the program, we will celebrate together, and see all that we have accomplished.
We express our gratitude for this year's program sponsors. Thank you for making the 2020/2021 program a reality!
