One of the distinctive features of the Leadership Victoria program is our Community Action Projects, in which participants work hands-on in teams with a community organization to address real issues. The community organizations that participate in these projects, and who commit to support their development, are our community action partners — partners without whose invaluable involvement the program would not as effective or engaging as it is. The projects are a two-way street: Our participants gain valuable practical leadership experience, and our partners benefit from an enduring project legacy.
